Ensure Gabion Longevity with Quality Geotextiles

Protect the integrity of your gabion basket installations with our high-quality woven and non-woven geotextiles. These essential filter fabrics prevent the migration of fine soils into your gabion structures, a critical step to avoid subsidence issues, especially in sandy soils.

We supply geotextiles for all gabion applications. While clay soils typically don't require a geotextile, we strongly recommend their use wherever gabions contact earth to limit soil movement. For soft soil foundations or where overlaps are necessary, a minimum 300mm overlap is advised. Expect approximately 1-2m² of geotextile per m³ of gabion for most projects.
